Team development

Team development helps teams within your organisation to improve communication, collaboration, and performance through tailored coaching and workshops.

Why might you need this:

Collaboration isn’t happening as well as it could do, people aren’t fully contributing in meetings and maybe lots of unhelpful ‘side conversations’ are starting to happen.
You may have teams that are new, have grown or are experiencing change and you need them to be productive quickly.
Your teams may need to work and think in a different way to be more innovative or efficient.

What it is:

For teams to work together effectively, using an external team coach can have huge benefits.
A team coach doesn’t tell your people how to do their jobs!
Team development is about creating a space for people to come together to understand how to get the best out of each other. This includes thinking about communication, problem solving and connecting to the work you do as an organisation.
Just like any great sports team, time needs to be intentionally spent on how to reach high performance. This applies to your leadership team, delivery teams or the whole organisation.

How we do it:

We design bespoke team development programmes to ensure the support aligns with the business outcomes you’re looking for.
We stand side by side with the Team Lead to support them.
We ask your team members to provide input to help with the design and measurement of the impact of activities.
